Post-Op Rehabilitation

Post-operative rehabilitation is a structured program designed to help individuals recover and regain function after surgery. It typically involves a combination of physical therapy, exercise, and sometimes manual therapy, all tailored to the specific surgery and individual needs. 


Postural Correction

Poor posture can lead to chronic pain and discomfort. My postural correction services address misalignment and imbalances, helping to prevent injury and improve your everyday comfort and body mechanics.


Pain Management
